What's happening after attending a SeraphCorp course?

Cultivate Workplace Relationships

A few months have passed since we last attended the Cultivate Workplace Relationships course from 9 to 11 March 2010. SeraphCorp, through Carol, has asked us to share on the following:

a. Did you manage to apply the competencies acquired during the programme at your workplace in the last two months?

b. Do you still find the learning outcomes (knowledge and skills acquired) relevant to the business and operations at your workplace?

c. How has the learning outcome/s impacted your performance at the workplace?

d. Any suggestions or comments about the transfer of learning to the workplace.

It is the social arm of SeraphCorp International, seeking to provide workshops and motivational talks to social welfare groups and non-profits organisations. Seraph Ministries wants to offer their learning programmes because these groups and organisations may not have access to this beneficial training… and are well, special to them!

A number of staff from Singapore Campus Crusade have attended courses on Cultivate Workplace Relationships,  Manage Self and Enable People, with them and are greatly blessed.
